Making Wills
With a Will your clients decide who gets what. Without a Will, Government Rules decide for them, so making a Will is probably one of the most thoughtful and loving things your client can do for those who matter most to them. It ensures that they choose who they would like to Inherit what from their estate. Making a basic Will however only gives your client choice about who inherits and when. A basic Will, does not provide any flexibility or protection to your estate or beneficiaries. With the Right Will your client has added choice, plus all protection and control they need.
Making the Right Will for your client can give them additional choices such as more control and flexibility over how their loved ones inherit. In conjunction with good planning, it can also help protect their beneficiaries from unnecessary, avoidable loss from their inheritance to “Unintended Others”.
It might be your client has been meaning to make their Will but still hasn’t got around to doing it yet. Perhaps they haven’t had the time, or they aren’t really sure what would be the right Will for them. They might be under the impression their husband or wife will get everything anyway or are happy for their family to sort it out between themselves. But that isn’t so…
